I had the opportunity to visit Tibet in 2015 during winter. I was fortunate enough to get in touch with Tsetan at Yulkor who organized everything for us and it was a highly rewarding two-week excursion. As there were fewer tourists around during this time, we felt privileged. Tsetan and his team proved to be incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable, taking us on an unforgettable journey from Lhasa to the Everest. Tibet reigns as one of my most cherished experiences; its landscape, people and cultures are truly unforgettable. I certainly miss Tibet dearly 🙂

We had an amazing weekend in Tibet, thanks to the incredible team at Yulkor Travel. Tsetan worked miracles for us by processing our permits quickly. Our guide Dawa and driver Sonam provided an excellent service and tailored the itinerary to our needs – we visited Drepung & Sera monasteries, Jokhang temple, Potala Palace and our standout experience, travelling over the Kampala Pass to Yamdrok lake. To top it all off, we were treated to a farewell dinner with Yulkor Travel’s staff before flying back. We highly recommend this travel agency for anyone planning a trip to Tibet.
